Terms and conditions of use

These conditions of use of the web page regulate the conditions of access and use of, property of CFON TELECOMUNICACIONES S.L. and the e-mail, hereinafter CFON TELECOMUNICACIONES S.L., which the user of the portal must accept in order to use all the services and information provided by the portal.

The user and the company, owner of the portal, may be jointly referred to as the parties. The mere fact of accessing or using the portal, as well as all or part of its content and services, implies full and complete acceptance of these conditions of use. The provision and use of the portal are subject to strict compliance with the conditions set out in these conditions of use of the portal.

Portal content

Information and services

Users can access different types of information and services via the portal. The portal reserves the right to modify, at any time and without prior notice, the presentation and configuration of the information and services offered on the portal. The user expressly acknowledges and accepts that the portal may interrupt, deactivate and/or cancel any information or service at any time. The portal shall endeavour to guarantee the availability and accessibility of the site. However, for reasons of maintenance, updating, change of location, etc., access to the portal may occasionally be interrupted.

Responsibility of the portal for content

Option A. The application does not intervene in the creation of this content and/or services provided by third parties in and/or through the application, nor does it control their legality. In any event, it does not offer any type of guarantee in this respect. The user acknowledges that the application is not and will not be responsible for the content and/or services provided by third parties in and/or via the application. The user accepts that the application accepts no responsibility for any damage or harm caused by the use of such third-party information or services.

Except where expressly required by law, and only to the extent required by law, the application does not guarantee and accepts no liability for any damage caused by the use of the information, data and services of the application.

In any event, the application excludes all liability for damage that may be due to information and/or services provided by third parties other than the Company. Any liability shall be borne by the third party, whether a supplier, an employee or otherwise.

Option B. The application will monitor the legality of content or services provided by third parties via the platform. If the user suffers any damage or prejudice as a result of using the application, they may report it and the measures deemed appropriate to resolve it will be taken.

Obligations of the user

The user is obliged to comply at all times with the conditions set out in this legal notice. The user expressly declares that he/she will use the portal diligently and assumes any liability that may arise from non-compliance with the rules.

The user undertakes, where data or information is requested, not to falsify his/her identity by impersonating another person. The user agrees to use the portal for strictly personal, private and particular purposes. The user may not use the portal for activities that are contrary to the law, morality or public order or for purposes that are prohibited or that violate or infringe the rights of third parties. Likewise, it is forbidden to disseminate, store and/or manage data or content that infringes the rights of third parties or any regulations governing intellectual or industrial property rights.

Similarly, the user may not use the portal to transmit, store, disseminate, promote or distribute data or content containing viruses or any other computer code, files or programmes designed to interrupt, destroy or damage the operation of any computer or telecommunications programme or equipment.

The user undertakes to compensate the portal for any damage, prejudice, sanction, fine, penalty or compensation to which the portal may be subject.

Compliance with the LOPD

The portal adopts all the technical and organisational security measures required for data processing, in accordance with the provisions of the legislation in force.

The user expressly declares that the personal data or data of third parties that he/she accesses, introduces, modifies or deletes has the right to do so or that he/she has the express authorisation of that third party. Applicable law and settlement of disputes

These conditions of sale will be interpreted in accordance with the rules of Spanish law. However, the law of the country in which you reside may contain more favourable rules which you may avail yourself of. Return Policy

Customers have 21 days from the date of receipt to cancel the purchase and the company will refund the amount paid. On receipt of the return, the company undertakes to refund the amount paid.

In order to effectively exercise the right of withdrawal, the following information is required: order number.


In the event of a defective product, the company will, depending on the case, repair, replace, reduce the price or cancel the purchase, at no cost to the consumer. The company is liable for any lack of conformity that appears within 21 days of delivery.

Terms of payment

The customer declares that he/she has the full capacity to make the purchase, that he/she is of legal age and that he/she is in possession of a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank accepted by the company. The customer guarantees and is responsible for the validity of all data provided on his/her card.
