Return policy
The right of withdrawal allows consumers to return purchased products without the need to justify the reason, within a specific period, as long as certain conditions are met. Below is detailed how this right is managed according to CosladaFon policies:
Timeframe and Communication:
- Withdrawal period: You have a period of 21 calendar days from the receipt of the product to exercise your right of withdrawal.
- Return of the product: Once you have communicated your decision, you must return the product within a maximum period of 14 calendar days. If you do not return the product within this period, the return will not be accepted.
- Shipping of the product: The customer must generate his own return label following the instructions provided by CosladaFon. This label will have a cost of 10€ which will be discounted once the refund of the product is made. The product must be sent to our facilities within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the communication of your withdrawal.
Product Conditions:
- Condition of the product: The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, without damage or signs of improper use. If these conditions are not met, the product will be returned to the customer, and the return will not be accepted.
- Refund: Once the product is received and its condition is verified, CosladaFon will proceed to refund the amount within a maximum of 72 hours. The customer will be notified by email about the status of the return process.
In accordance with the Article 103, letter c) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, on the Protection of Consumers and Users, we inform our customers that:
- Hydrogel protectors: As they are products customized and tailored for each device, they do not accept returns or exchanges, unless there are manufacturing defects.
- New batteries: The batteries installed in the devices are considered customized products, as their placement involves a specific adaptation for each terminal, modifying its original configuration. For this reason, returns or exchanges are not accepted, unless there are manufacturing defects covered by the warranty.
We recommend our customers to check the specifications of the products before completing the purchase. For any inquiries, our customer service team is available to assist you.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal:
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases, in accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007:
- Services already fully performed with the prior consent of the customer.
- Goods whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market.
- Custom products or products made according to customer specifications.
- Goods that can deteriorate or expire quickly.
- Goods that, after delivery, have been inseparably mixed with others.
- Digital content not provided on a material support once the download or access process has begun with the customer's consent.
Return for Defective Product or Damage during Shipping:
If you receive a damaged product or one that does not correspond to your order, please inform us
as soon as possible
through our contact form, indicating the order number and attaching, if applicable, photographs of the observed damage.
This early communication allows us to efficiently manage the incident with the transport company and with you, but in no case does it limit the deadlines or rights recognized by consumer regulations regarding warranty and lack of conformity.

Where possible, and without affecting your rights, we recommend that you note any visible damage to the packaging at the time of delivery or as soon as you detect it.
Return process:
The customer must contact CosladaFon through the contact form, indicating the order number and providing, if applicable, photographs of the observed damage or error in the received product.
Once the information is received, CosladaFon
will send a free return label

Warranty for Malfunction:
In the event that a product presents a malfunction or lack of conformity within the period of the
three (3) year legal warranty,

repair, replacement, price reduction, or contract termination,

Warranty Exclusions:
The warranty will not cover those cases in which the malfunction is due to:
- Misuse, bumps, drops, or accidental damage.
- Manipulations or repairs carried out by unauthorized third parties.
- Incorrect installations or configurations of software or hardware.
- Malfunctions caused by components or accessories not supplied or recommended by CFON TELECOMUNICACIONES, S.L.
Management procedure
The customer can process the warranty directly with CFON TELECOMUNICACIONES, S.L. through the contact form available on our website. After evaluating the case, the necessary steps for sending the product to the technical service will be indicated.
If the product is not covered by the warranty, CFON TELECOMUNICACIONES, S.L. will offer a
repair estimate,
whose initial fixed cost will be
30 €
amount that includes transportation and diagnostic costs.
Warranty Exclusions:
Products will be excluded from the warranty in the following cases:
- Deterioration due to external causes: If the product has been damaged after delivery to the customer due to external factors, such as accidents, mishandling, exposure to adverse conditions, or improper protection, it will be considered out of warranty. This includes any deterioration caused by variations or alterations in electrical voltages that were not anticipated or controlled.
- Incorrect configuration or installation: The warranty will not cover damage resulting from incorrect configurations or installations performed by the customer, whether in the software, hardware, or peripherals associated with the product. This includes any improper handling or installation of components not supplied by CosladaFon.
- Use of unauthorized components: If a malfunction occurs as a result of using components, accessories, or spare parts that have not been supplied or recommended by CosladaFon, the warranty will not be applicable.
- Specific manufacturer conditions: In some cases, manufacturers may impose specific general conditions for certain products, which could limit or void the warranty. It is important to review and comply with these conditions to ensure the validity of the warranty.
Pérdida de garantía por manipulación no autorizada
La garantía del producto quedará automáticamente anulada en caso de que el dispositivo sea manipulado, abierto o intervenido por un servicio técnico ajeno a CosladaFon / CFON Telecomunicaciones S.L., o por cualquier persona no autorizada expresamente por nosotros.
Esta cláusula incluye, entre otros, los casos en que se realicen reparaciones, sustituciones de piezas, reinstalaciones de software o cualquier otra intervención técnica fuera de nuestros centros o de los servicios técnicos oficiales autorizados.
Cualquier intento de reparación externa impedirá el ejercicio de la garantía, incluso si el defecto original persiste o reaparece posteriormente.
Warranty for Gift Products:
Products offered as gifts, such as chargers and charging cables, have a 15-day warranty from the date of receipt of the order.
In case of using this warranty, the customer must send the product to our warehouses, assuming the corresponding shipping costs. Once received, the accessory will be checked to verify the failure, and if confirmed, it will be repaired or replaced with a new one.
Procedure for Processing the Warranty:
In case you need to process a warranty, you will have to access the contact form Cosladafon in order to include the necessary information and proceed with the shipment of the product to be checked by our technical service.
Transport Costs for Warranties:
- Valid warranties: If the product is within the warranty offered by the manufacturer and meets all the conditions mentioned above, CosladaFon will cover all transportation costs, both for the collection and the delivery of the repaired or replaced product.
- Invalid warranties: If the product is not covered by the warranty for the reasons mentioned above, a quote for €30 will be made, which will include shipping costs. This amount will be charged to the customer regardless of whether they decide to accept the quote for repair or additional service.
Product Abandonment Clause:
In the event that a product has been repaired or declared as a warranty exclusion, the customer will be notified to provide a valid shipping address or to proceed to pick up the device within a maximum period of 1 year from the date of notification.
If the customer does not respond to the notification, does not provide the shipping address, or refuses to receive the device within the indicated period, ownership of the device will be automatically transferred to our company. we reserve the right to dispose of it as we see fit.
This clause is applicable provided that the customer has been duly notified and that no other explicit agreement has been reached between both parties.
