This legal notice sets out the general conditions governing access to and use of this website, hereinafter referred to as 'the website'. Use of the Website implies express and full acceptance of these general conditions in the version published at the time the user accesses it, without prejudice to any special conditions that may apply to certain specific services of the Website.

Access to the website is free of charge, except for the cost of connection via the telecommunications network provided by the access provider chosen by users. Certain services are exclusive to our customers and access to them is restricted.

CFON TELECOMUNICACIONES S.L. is the owner or licensee of all intellectual and industrial property rights to its website and the elements contained therein. Consequently, the reproduction, distribution, public communication and transformation of all or part of the content of this website, for commercial purposes, on any medium and by any technical means, without the authorisation of Terms and Conditions, is expressly prohibited.

Trademarks, trade names and distinctive signs are the property of CFON TELECOMUNICACIONES S.L. whether by industrial or intellectual property, without access to the Portal conferring any right whatsoever over the said trademarks, trade names and/or distinctive signs.

All products and services on these pages that are NOT the property of CFON TELECOMUNICACIONES S.L. are registered trademarks of their respective owners and are recognised as such by our company. They appear only on the website of CFON TELECOMUNICACIONES S.L. for promotional and information-gathering purposes. These owners may request the modification or deletion of information belonging to them.

3. Terms and conditions of use of the portal

3.1 General

The User undertakes to make proper use of the Portal in accordance with the Law and this Legal Notice. The User will respond to CFON TELECOMUNICACIONES S.L. or to third parties, for any damage or interest that may be caused by failure to comply with this obligation.

Use of the Portal for purposes detrimental to the property or interests of CFON TELECOMUNICACIONES S.L. or third parties, or which in any other way overload, damage or render unusable the networks, servers and other IT equipment (hardware) or IT products and applications (software) of CFON TELECOMUNICACIONES S.L. or third parties.

3.2 Contents

The User undertakes to use the Content in accordance with the Law and this Legal Notice, as well as any other conditions, regulations and instructions that may be applicable in accordance with the provisions of clause 1.

In accordance with current legislation, Users must refrain from:

• Reproduce, copy, distribute, make available, communicate publicly, transform or modify the Content, except where authorised by law or expressly agreed by CFON TELECOMUNICACIONES S.L. or by the holder of the exploitation rights where applicable.
• Reproduce or copy for private use Content that may be considered as Software or Databases in accordance with current legislation on intellectual property, as well as their public communication or making them available to third parties when these acts necessarily involve reproduction by the User or a third party.
• Extract and/or re-use all or a substantial part of the Content integrated into the Portal as well as the databases of CFON TELECOMUNICACIONES S.L. make it available to Users.

3.3 Introduction of links to the Portal

Internet users wishing to introduce links from their own web pages to the Portal must comply with the conditions set out below, although ignorance of these conditions does not absolve the user from liability under the Law:

• The link will only connect to the home page or the main page of the Portal, but may not reproduce it in any way whatsoever (inline links, copy of texts, graphics, etc.).

• The page introducing the link must not contain false, inaccurate or incorrect statements concerning CFON TELECOMUNICACIONES S.L., its partners, employees, customers or the quality of the services it provides.
• Under no circumstances may the page on which the link is placed state that CFON TELECOMUNICACIONES S.L. has given its consent to the insertion of the link or sponsors, collaborates with, verifies or supervises the sender's services.

4. Exclusion of liability

4.1 Based on the information

CFON TELECOMUNICACIONES S.L. is not liable for any decisions taken on the basis of information provided on the portal or for any damage caused to the user or to third parties as a result of actions based solely on information obtained from the portal.

4.2 Quality of service

Access to the portal does not entail any obligation on the part of CFON TELECOMUNICACIONES S.L. check for the absence of viruses, worms or any other harmful computer element. In any event, it is the user's responsibility to ensure that appropriate tools are available to detect and disinfect harmful computer programs.

CFON TELECOMUNICACIONES S.L. is not liable for any damage caused to the computer equipment of users or third parties during the provision of the portal service.

4.3 Service availability

Access to the portal requires services and supplies from third parties, including transport via telecommunications networks whose reliability, quality, continuity and operation are not the responsibility of CFON TELECOMUNICACIONES S.L. Consequently, the services provided via the portal may be suspended, cancelled or become inaccessible, before or at the same time as the portal service is provided.

CFON TELECOMUNICACIONES S.L. shall not be liable for damage of any kind caused to the user as a result of telecommunications network failures or disconnections that lead to the suspension, cancellation or interruption of the portal service during or prior to the provision of the latter.

4.4 Portal content and services

The portal access service includes technical linking devices, directories and even search tools that enable the user to access other Internet pages and portals (hereinafter referred to as 'linked sites'). In this case,CFON TELECOMUNICACIONES S.L. acts as an intermediary service provider in accordance with article 17 of Law 34/2002, of 12 July, on information society services and electronic commerce (LSSI) and will only be responsible for the content and services provided on linked sites if it has actual knowledge of the illegal nature of the link and has not deactivated the link with due diligence. If the user considers that there is a linked site whose content is illegal or inappropriate, he/she may notify it to the following address CFON TELECOMUNICACIONES S.L. in accordance with the procedure and effects set out in clause 6, without this communication in any way entailing an obligation to remove the corresponding link.

Reception by CFON TELECOMUNICACIONES S.L. of the communication provided for in this clause does not imply, in accordance with the provisions of the LSSI, actual knowledge of the activities and/or contents indicated by the communicating party.

It must also provide the title accrediting the legitimacy of the rights holder and, where applicable, the representation to act on behalf of the holder in the case of a person other than the communicating party; express declaration that the information contained in the request is accurate.

7. Notifications

All notifications and communications made by the parties are valid in accordance with the means permitted by law. Those relating to this portal will be considered effective, for all intents and purposes, if they are made via the portal itself.

8. Modifications
